Problem

Our client, a major player in the semiconductor industry, tasked us with designing and prototyping an ultra-high precision module, capable of nanometer-level accuracy and very high acceleration, positioned directly above the silicon wafer.

Solution

We started from scratch, met demanding technical requirements, and moved from early design studies to detailed development, guided by weekly client reviews through PDR and CDR to prototype build and testing.

Result

We delivered the full system design within six months, followed by prototype procurement and assembly in three months, and the testing phase was completed within one month, meeting all technical and schedule objectives.
